Blake’s Tea Journal Begins

Thanks for joining me! My name is Blake and this is Blake’s Tea Journal, a blog where I’ll post my tasting notes and reviews of the new teas I try. I look forward to sharing my journey through the vast world of tea, and as I do, I hope Blake’s Tea Journal will become a useful resource for your own tea journey.

  1. Excellent. I am a tea drinker and I detest both the smell and taste of coffee. I tend to drink mostly black tea, a strong blend, usually containing Assam and Kenyan black teas, with milk, in the English style. I do sometimes enjoy a Matcha tea, green tea or a herbal tea. Good luck with your new blog, I lift my cup of tea in salute.

    1. Thank you for your kind words of encouragement. I’m not a coffee person either, so it’s nice to hear from another tea drinker. I enjoy a nice milk tea in the mornings, but these days I mostly do a morning Matcha latte. — Cheers!
