A Bit of PoeTea ~ Storm

pexels-photo-110874

Rain tap tap taps at the window.

My mind starts to wander free.

Lightning flash flash flashes through the blinds.

It tries its best to see,

Thunder shake shake shaking the walls.

What there really could be.

Wind howl howl howling out.

It launches one last plea.

And so I am, there,

As I reach for my tea.
